Dr. Dheeraj Karanth. C is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist from Bengaluru city with 12 years of experience in comprehensive high-end care for a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal, pancreatic and liver disorders.

Dr. Dheeraj has a broad range of qualifications consisting of MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine) and dual DNB degrees, each in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Apart from DNB, he has completed his medical education from Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary. Dr. Dheeraj served his residency period at St. John’s Hospital and St. Martha’s Hospital, both located in Bengaluru. Dr. Dheeraj initiated his career by joining Vikram Hospital, Bengaluru as a consultant Gastroenterologist. He later took a break from clinical practice and adopted teaching activities at MS Ramaiah Medical College (Bengaluru) as Assistant Professor for a period of one year. Subsequently, Dr. Dheeraj recommenced his services with Vikram Hospital where he continues to serve till date. In addition to this, Dr. Dheeraj also extends his expertise at Mallige Medical Centre (Bengaluru) in the evening hours.
